The plan works only if nothing goes wrong.
That is the condition no one says aloud.

Margins exist to absorb reality.
When they vanish, every deviation becomes personal.

People compensate at first.
They extend hours.
They absorb friction.

Eventually, the system collects its due.
Not dramatically.
Gradually.

Once the margin is gone, everything costs more.
